Now Assist Panel error

I'm getting error when running Now Assist Panel in ServiceNow. Could someone please guide with solution and root cause. Attached screenshot is from "Now Assist Panel - Platform (default)" BUT facing same issue in "Now Assist in Virtual Agent (default)" as well.

Repair will only repair the select app and it won't repair any dependent apps. When upgrading an app, then it will also upgrade all dependent apps and install any missing ones.

 

NAVA and NAP come with Now Assist for ITSM / CSM. If the Now Assist for ITSM / CSM application has an update, we suggest to update this app to ensure all Now Assist dependent applications are updated and on compatible versions, as we see a lot of issues caused by incompatible versions with the Now Assist dependent applications. Hence in the latest available Patch Bundles for Yokohama and Zurich, we introduced the "Now Assist Suite" that will ensure all Now Assist applications versions are kept in sync when updating any of the Now Assist applications.
