Hello everyone!
What could be the possible reason why the NAP is not visible in the instance along with the other button such as the sidebar discussion even if it was already enabled in the Now Assist experience?
Do I also have to enable the Now Assist Panel - Platform (default) assistant in the Conversational Interface or no need? Because if I also enable this one, the NAP will now display in the platform but it will also display in a certain portal that I don't want it to be displayed, even if I add a simple virtual agent without Now Assist, the VA with Now Assist will be the one displayed instead in that certain portal.

Hey @tidert_24 for debugging this problem I would suggest you to check the following things :-
- Select CI Admin Console to manage LLM Virtual Agent or create a new one on the Assistants page. OR
Select Now Assist default assistant to turn on the Now Assist panel. - Check whether the user through which you are logging in has the "now_assist_panel_user" role.
- Try clearing the cache and relogging into the instance.
Let me know if this solved your issue and do accept this as a solution along with marking this as helpful.
Thanks,
Yuvraj

Hi,
You need to enable Now Assist Panel - Platform (default) assistant. Ensure Display experience of the Assistant has Agent Experience alone.

Yes @palanikumar I activated this one and the Now Assist panel is now available in the platform. My problem is the Now Assist panel becomes a virtual agent in a portal where I don't want it to be there.
