Now Assist with Virtual Agent is not showing proper closing message

Hi,

I am using Virtual agent with Now Assist and trying to close the chat, but still it's asking the same question again and again i.e, All done! Is there anything else I can help you with?

Please see the attached screenshot for reference and let me how to resolve this.
