PI Subcategory Model Shows 0 Precision/Recall

Hello Community,

I’m using ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence to classify Incident Category and Subcategory with two separate models.

• Category model works and shows valid Precision/Recall.

• Subcategory model completes training but shows 0 or missing Precision/Recall.

• Training fields: Short Description, Description

• Incidents have valid subcategory data.

Questions:

• Are Category and Subcategory models dependent?

• Should Category be predicted before Subcategory?

• Best practices and minimum data requirements for Subcategory?

• Is sample data available for PI testing?
