Preparing Topics for Now Assist

I am hoping this is an active area. We are working on exploring Now Assist. I need to prepare the Topics for this and understand Now Assist uses the Topic Description.

The question is, How descriptive do I need to be in the Description?

Example, I have MS Teams topic with 8 common issues our users have. Does this description make sense, or do I need to add the different issues?

I am not that much expert in Now Assist but my thought say, creating specific topic might be a good option. Descriptiopn acyally make sense to find out the match and show the results.

When you say topic, does that mean you are trying to achieve anything via topic values? 

 

Nowassist has multiple features in it. Which features do you want to use from the below

 

Summarization

Generate content

Sentiment Analysis

Flow designer creation

Flow recommendation
