Question on the 'Channels' in Chat reply recommendation

As part of Activating Chat reply recommendation skill, I see a list of channels. Anyone has idea what each of them are?

Sure @Suggy, I'm based in Portugal so I have the London time zone.. but I don't think that would make any difference.. I remember there's a checkbox something like "Is this business critical?" yes x no... I don't want to take advantage of it but when we were in limited POC (project for 3 weeks) and it was very limiting, then they resolved our issue super fast..
Maybe I was just lucky 😛
