Questions on Subflows and actions now assist skill

Hello experts,

I am fairly new to setting up now assists skills. One of the skills that we tasked to activate is the Subflows and actions skill under the Conversational experience.
When I went to activate/turn on the skill, I cannot turn it on and this message is displayed:
"The skill is unavailable in this region. "

Does anybody of you has any experience on this one?
I actually so the message inside the pop-up when click here is accessed, but I am still not sure on this selections:

Will this incur any additional payment?
If any of you already implemented/activated this skill, any inputs or advice would be helpful. Thankss

better to check with your company's ServiceNow Account representative about the cost or payment

May be that skill is not available in your country, better to check with ServiceNow team as well.
