We have a licensed ServiceNow instance and we got to know that we can create ServiceNow sandbox in instance. But Sandbox option is not showing in our licensed instance.
Please let us know following things.
1. ServiceNow Sandbox is free or paid feature?
2. How to enable Sandbox for existing instance.

Contact your sales rep. They can tell you what you are entitled to. We don't have access to your contract/agreements.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Hi @shashank_ch
1. No, the Sandbox is not free.
ServiceNow provides three standard environments by default (Production, Test, Development).
If you need a Sandbox (a fourth instance), it is usually an additional paid option that must be purchased separately.
Reference:
2. How to enable Sandbox for an existing instance?
You need to contact your ServiceNow Account Executive (AE) or your ServiceNow Sales Representative.
Provisioning a Sandbox requires a contract amendment or additional licensing, as it is not available by default in your instance.

Even your 'three standard environments' is depending on the contract you have with ServiceNow. I have many smaller clients with just 2 instances and many bigger clients that got 4 or even 5. It all depends on the size of the contract and the deal you made with them.

Hi @shashank_ch
Sandbox is a relatively new offering, and whether it’s free or paid depends on your agreement with ServiceNow. The best approach is to contact your ServiceNow Account Representative for accurate information, as it varies based on the contract and partnership tier your organization has with ServiceNow.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
