Summarization of similar cases CSM

Hi,

I need to implement a use case which, upon receiving a new case, allows me to request a summary of the solution adopted for all resolved cases at the same location and in the same category for ‘similar’ issues. What can I use to implement this? Is it possible to combine Predictive Intelligence and the Now Assist skill? What is the best way to proceed?

HI,

I believe this is a case for Task intelligence + Advanced Recommendations
Using task intelligence you can train the model and using recommendations you can configure when to show the output.

I have Now Assist for CSM license, what do you mean with Task intelligence + Advanced Recommendations? Which procedure?

Task intelligence lets you build ML Models based on the data on your system, using recommendations plugin you can set it to show on the workspaces
