Task Intelligence for ITSM application - installation issues

I recently installed the 'Task Intelligence for ITSM application' plugin, but I noticed multiple issues:

1. The 'ITSM OOB TI Solution' that is supposed to come with the base system is not installed
2. The console is not visible in the admin section
3. Multiple errors:
   1. 'sys_es_latest_script' table doesn't exist
   2. Error FAILED TRYING TO EXECUTE ON CONNECTION glide.4 (connpid=2120885)....

Does anyone know how to fix these issues?
