Customize the Skill set to generate Root cause analysis of problem managment

Hello Everyone

 

With the help of Gen Ai, I would like to create a new skill set to detect the RCA of the problem in the Problem management. Can some one suggest me in detail how we can proceed with this? like,

1. What should be skill input data

2. What should be the tool?
