Tuition Reimbursement AI Agents

Please provide clarification, I noticed there are several of the tuition reimbursement AI agents that are listed with DEPRECATED in the heading. Does this mean we should not activate or use the agent? We are currently in testing phases with the agent but I need to verify if we should move it to production.

  As per docs Many AI Agent which works for Tuition Reimursement USe case is Deprecated.

 

In My view do not deploy this on Prod. Talk to Service-Now Support. I see these AI Agents are Deprecated in Zurich Docs.
