Keen to hear what might be the possible use cases for AI Agents to solve ?

 

Consolidated list (from comments below 👇):

 

a) user asking for recommendations on X days leave in next Y months which provides maximum coverage of company holiday calendar and weekends, so he/she could plan a vacation.

 

b) Top 10 assignment groups/assigned to's not populating description/close notes for an incident [which will eventually contribute to LLM's for Now Assist applications]

 

c) AI Audio: attending a Customer support or call support during the weekends, (rather call going o voice mails), we can create agents to receive and convert to request.

 

d) Approvals: list of change management  approvals and Risk assessment and do a auto approve, Let your CM works on other high priority.
