I need to report on feedback provided on Virtual Agent. The options are on this table: sys_now_assist_message_bundle, however I cannot find where the answers are stored.
The options displayed on VA are:
Included irrelevant details
It answered my question
It was easy to understand
It was fast
Made up things that didn't happen
Missed important details
Mixed up who said what
Other
Put details in the wrong spot
The images or media helped
The tone felt right
