Why there are many Agentic workflows with SINGLE agent in it? How is it Agentic?

As per Agentic concept, “Agentic AI is an Autonomous AI system which plans, reasons and orchestrates multiple AI agents to achieve a goal with minimal human intervention.”

The AI Agent Orchestrator coordinates multiple AI Agents to ensure they collaborate effectively to complete complex workflows.

But ServiceNow calls Agentic workflows and there's only ONE Agent. 😕

Then what is the difference between AI agent and Agentic workflow as per ServiceNow?

So confusing!!!
