When instance becomes slow / unresponsive during to multiple active transactions, below method can be used to refresh some of the instance resources
1. Check for active transactions directly via url
Transactions.do -> active Transactions
https://<instanceName>.service-now.com/v_cluster_transaction_list.do?sysparm_query=%5EGROUPBYnode_id
2. Check if debug is enable which is slowing down the instance
Disable all debug ->
