Add columns to many2many related lists

Dear All,

I created a many2many relationship between problems and changes. This way more than one problem can be related to a change, and more than one change can be related to a problem.

Everything works fine, I added this relationship as related list to the forms.

Now I would like to add some extra columns to the related list, so that I see the details of the related change on the problem form.

However when I click on the personalise list icon, I see only the fields of the mapping table.

Can someone tell me, how can I add columns from the related table (and not from the mapping table)?

Thanks

Peter

Hi Peter,

Try going to Configure -> List Layout rather than using Personalize List Columns.     You should see the green + for Change Request.

I have attached screenshots below.

If you've got references properly configured, those references should be Green with [+] beside them in the column building interface.

Highlight one, and the expander button should become visible.

Hi Robert,

thank you for your quick reply!

It seems that the relationships are configured properly. I can add new relationship on both sides (problems and change). The relationships are then also visible on both sides.

However I can't add related fields. That green + sign is missing for me.

Do you have any idea why?

Thanks

Hello Jenny, thx for this solution.

Is there any way to offer this for normal personalize list layout (individually for users) instead of configuring the whole list head?
