Can anyone explain the difference between Change Model & Change Type?
I have a requirement to define a 'Major' and a 'Minor' change with the only difference being the approval groups
Thanks!

Hi,
Change Types are simple types of Change Requests that enables the use of workflows for different scenarios. Common types from ITIL: Standard, Normal and Emergency.
Change Models are an extention of the Change Types and enables Change Managers to tailor activities in a modern way using Flow Designer to manage states and transitions.
