How do i connect to HP's API through ServiceNow to pull in asset warranty data.

How you connect to HP's API through ServiceNow depends on the API that HP presents to the outside world.

What is the Product and version number of the HP product you want to integrate with? Is there a published API specification - perhaps with a Programmer's Guide?

I want to connect directly to the API and pass the serial number.   I know I need a Midi Server but don't know what to do once I connect. How do I get the information into CMDB?

Warming up this topic... did anyone come up with a solution? We are also very interested into getting the warranty information for our clients into ServiceNow.

I'm working on a similar project, it appears HP's warranty lookup API is available only on request, I haven't seen any public APIs yet.
