Hi All,
I have noticed this issue and I am unsure if this is a bug or a rule.
This happens If I create KB article and add meta tags separated by commas. Then I can only find the created KB article if using the exact typing as it is in Meta Tags field.
However if the Meta tags are separated by spaces the issue no longer occurs and search is no longer case sensitive.
For testing I have created this KB article with no keywords in body text and only added meta Tags.
Any ideas if it is possible to use meta tags separated by commas but not being case sensitive? Thanks

Hi Lukas,
What version you are on? Meta tag search in not case sensitive, I tested it in my OOB Istanbul instance just now.
