Now I am planning to move to Pre-Sales, however, not sure how to proceed and courses/certification and path which could help me understand and moving to Pre Sales along with Roles and Responsibilities in order to start my career as Pre-Sales person. have found one link:

Hi Rajeev,
There are pre-sales Now Learning courses per module that are offered to partners. If working with a partner, ask the person in charge in the organization acting as a ServiceNow partner manager to grant permission to take these courses.
To be in pre-sales, it's not only necessary to know features of ServiceNow modules, but also how ServiceNow will benefit potential customer and also know how to present these materials so the potential customer so they will understand and will take interest. Potential customers usually don't buy after one meeting so it's necessary to give different presentation based on stages that potential customer current is at. ServiceNow's pre-sales training does cover these stages and I thought they were very good.
In the end, sales is not only about features and monetary benefit but also about communication and building relationship with other people. People are completely different from technology. They are emotional and irrational sometimes. It sometimes is not about being "right". Unfortunately, NowLearning courses assume these to be already known and are not included in the course. Would recommend finding some salesperson who'll teach these skills and maybe take you when visiting a customer.
