Punch out integration with eCommerce site from service now catalogue item

Hi all,

We are trying to integrate service now with eCommerce site from service catalogue by punchout method.

1. Need to redirect to eCommerce site by url redirect as we have punchout url.

2.receive and have the purchase order details from Ecom site.

3.post the order later as service catalogue is submitted and approved.

We are new to this flow and would need to understand.

1.how to make the redirect to Ecom site from catalogue based on one field value selection by user.

2. Make catalogue wait for user to complete purchase in Ecom site and checkout.

3.how to get the response from above and where to store on catalogue.

Would really appreciate any implementation steps or documention.

Hi Maran,

Can you please let me know how to integrate service catalog with e-commerce website? Can we integrate for an e-commerce website that is using java or PHP to build the  website?
