Hello ,
Please i need to know if the role snc_readOnly consumes the user licenses or not and what is the roles that consumes a licences.

Hi,

yes, the snc_read_only role consume a license, any custom roles will be counted towards license.

NOTE: Please check with your ServiceNow Sales Contact as it differns from contract to contract.

No ! Servicenow doesn't charge for "Requestor" license and "snc_read_only" table falls on the Requestor License Category. You can check this by typing a "license_role.list" in application navigator ( Image below)

Servicenow charges for Fulfiller, Business stakeholder, Approver and Custom license. But not the Requestor.

Do you know if other than 'Fulfiller' role types gets the license charged, I am looking for 'Business Stakeholder' role type.

Yes Business stakeholders are licensed. You can check your subscription dashboard for this.
