Is NOWSupport for real-time issue ?	yes, it is our support portal but has much more as Eion showed.
On demand courses are valid until what duration?	There is no time limit
Can we buy examine only with credits?	you can used credits or pay
Is there a list of classes that show how many training credits without having to click into it	I don’t believe that we have a view like that, but I will check.
Can ServiceNow identify the Training Leader in the company if we don't know who that person is?	Yes, you Account team and /or Customer Success Manager can help
When will recording be shared?	After the end of the call we will share on the ServiceNow Community site
Do you have an assessment of the total paid training and cost required for each career path?	You can check in Now Learning
When I go to Prod doc and try to view PDF Library, it tells me I am not permitted to view the content	This was an issue the day of the webinar and should be resolved now.
How to check the features introduced between each release version for example in CSM Tokyo vs Utah release what new features were introduced? can you pls show that	On Product docs on the landing page there is a section on the right side with all the release notes for each release

I purchased CSM fundamentals on demand course  its on Tokyo release , If new release comes i need to repurchase the course again or will it get updated to latest release like Utah ?	You would need to purchase the new version, but typically we recommend folks just review the release notes instead of purchasing/retaking the course
CSM fundamentals On demand course which Ipurchased is on Tokyo release ? If i got for Intructor led course for CSM fundamentals will it be on Tokyo release or latest release for the Instructor led course ?	It should be on latest release! When viewing the training details it should show versions available. If a training shows an old version it just means the training hasn’t been changed drastically
What is the best way to learn ServiceNow as a BPA? What would you suggest learning first and getting really good at?	I would suggest getting familiar with content in NowCreate and there is a business process analyst track in NowLearning.. Can someone non-tech have a career journey/path?	Definitely.  program/project manager, business process analyst.

Can one secure a job after training without having certification?	Yes, it would depending on the hiring organization, but experience counts for a lot too.
