Does anyone know how to retrieve past instances?

I would like to know how to find my instances. I made several different apps/workflows yesterday, but now when I logon I can't find them. If someone would like to guide me, or share some information on how to retrieve previous work I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

If it is linked to an organization, create a case to ServiceNow Support. If the backup retention policy for your organization was changed, you might have only 14 days to resurrect it since suspension.

Is this about a customer instance? partner instance? Personal Developer Instance?
If PDI: there are no backups or whatsoever.
