Hi all,
The Subscription Management dashboard shows "250 purchased" licenses for ITSM module, but "0 allocated".
That's impossible since I know several users are handling change requests and incidents.
I need to count how many licenses we are currently using for ITSM.
Can you please support?
Many thanks in advance,
Tommaso

The allocation should be done by the instance admin where the role<==>Groups<==>Subscription line-item link should be set so the instance will calculate the allocation based on the above link. These KB's should help you.
