I am trying to create a new instance

Everytime I try to create a new instance. It either says it is working on it, and then nothing happens. Or it flashes that it is "working on it" followed by another message that says "We are unable to assign an instance to you. Please retry now" and then after pressing the 'retry now' nothing happens?

Hi @wkurth4008 There have been a lot of issues raised regarding the PDI recently, and since PDIs don't come with support for that, you may not be getting the PDI. I recommend trying to take a PDI on a lower version, like Xanadu, as you might have better luck getting one more easily. It's an alternative option to consider.
