Missing com.sn_otam plugin in my PDI

I'm exploring OT asset management in my PDI and unfortunaterly unable to locate the com.sn_otam plugin in the list of available plugins. Any hints? It's available in SN Store for purchase, but not available for testing in my PDI.

i will believe com.sn_otam  not directly available for installation or activation within a Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
