Operational Technology: EAM and Engineering Management

Hello,

1.) Does the OT (Operational Technology) product include EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)? (I have not seen consistent documentation on this.)

2) Does the OT product support Engineering Management (Design Management, Engineering Change Management, and Engineering Innovation Management)?

Hey Dan,

1. EAM is a separate use case and offering and is not included as one of the OTM products.
2. With OTM, we do support change management with our Operational Technology Service Management product.

The Manufacturing overview page includes EAM and therefore seems to imply it's included. And the following slide lists OT EAM in the ServiceNow Overview and Architecture presentation.

Hey Dan, I have asked the marketing team to correct the product page.  That would be confusing.  The EA deck with the maturity slide depicts a suggested approach to implementing and isn't intended to be a product slide but they are all complementary in the OT space.

The OTM SKUs include:

• OT Visibility
• OT Vulnerability Response and SIR
• OT Service Management
• Industrial Connected Worker (Manufacturing Connected Workforce in the EA deck) that will be GA in '24
