KPI Signals was one of my favorite features added in Paris, and Quebec makes them even better.
What I love about them is that it allows us to be more cutthroat with our attention.
Why do we cram TONS of charts on a dashboard if most of them are well within their norms?
With KPI signals, a "signal" is whenever an indicator goes outside of its normal bounds. And in Quebec you can finally assign responsible parties to the signals, offloading tremendous amounts of work from the ServiceNow team.
