All records not displaying within PA Widget

I have a PA Widget that collects data on weekly basis (Monday every week). Whenever the job runs and it displays the total records (ex: 33), if I go into Analytics Hub and click on the show records it will display a number less than actual total (ex 24 records displayed).

 

I checked the Indicator and the "Periods to keep snapshots" is currently set to 105 (roughly 2 years). The period to keep scores is set to the same number.

 

Any ideas how to have it display the actual total number of records that the widget initially displays?
