I have become stuck trying to get a method that will work for this.
Scenario:
Our major incident team associates multiple outages to one incident in the major incident workbench.
They want to report on the Max Duration of the outages associated with a single incident (done with a pivot table visual) but then also want each of these Max values to be represented in two additional aggregations of that value: Average Duration of the Max Values of Each Incident & Total Sum of Hours for the Duration of the Max Values
both of these they want in scores and time series for trending.
i have attempted multiple scripting solutions, indicators and scripted UI pages and have yet to find something that offers the expected results.
Any thoughts out there?
