Breakdowns are not working

Hi All,

I have added 2 breakdowns i.e.

1. Service offering

2. Created the new one for 'Cause Category' (which is the field on Incident Form)

But, when I select these 2 breakdowns, it shows as below. 

Is this invalid combination? And also when I see same score in analytics it allow me to select only 1 breakdown.

Any inputs?

In addition to this, is it not recommended to add 'Service Offering' as a breakdown?

@ensure that your breakdown is mapped on all indicators (manual/automated/formula), and that the data is collected with the breakdown mapped. This should resolve the issue that you’re facing.

Is there any option as "Pareto" in platform analytics workspace?

I see this shows both number and percentage in single report.

I tried to find, but not able to. Would you please let me know if you have any idea on this?

Or any other type of chart which will show both number and percentage?
