Breakdowns are not working

Hi All,

I have added 2 breakdowns i.e.

1. Service offering

2. Created the new one for 'Cause Category' (which is the field on Incident Form)

But, when I select these 2 breakdowns, it shows as below. 

Is this invalid combination? And also when I see same score in analytics it allow me to select only 1 breakdown.

Any inputs?

According to my knowledge, there is no possibility of "Pareto" in the analytics workspace.
