Can we disable "show in Library" for indicators which shows "These are protected by security"

Is it possible to disable the "Show in Library" option for indicators that display the warning message "These are protected by security"? My understanding is that these are out-of-the-box (OOTB) indicators and are not editable. However, they are currently visible to all users. Is there any way to restrict their visibility or prevent them from appearing in the library for certain users?
