Is there an easy way to capture the approval times? We're wanting to see how long it's taking our approvers to approve their request. We don't have metrics setup at this time and I believe we can accomplish this using PA but it looks like that may be very complex. Has anyone come up with a better solution, or maybe have indicators already setup to capture this information?
