ServiceNow CEO Dashboard is installed, and I get the basics. I need to understand how to get the Bubblecharts to show the third layer (Workflow level) If anyone has more detailed information or has successfully set up the CEO Dashboard, please share your insights.

 

I already have most documents provided on ServiceNow site including the playbook but most of them are outdated.

So you got further than I have. My CEO dashboard is not clickable even after creating records on CEO table and supporting dashboards. Any chance you can share some of the structure of records changes you had to do?
