Question? Has anyone tried to see with Change Success Score Plugin if you can limit a groups max value based on previous impacts?
Example: Max score is 850
If group caused 10 P1 Incidents
Have Change Success Score limit the groups max value to 700 for extend period of time. Rather than allowing them to go right back up to 850 within next couple of days/weeks?
Has anyone tried to create a formula indicator around IF statements?
Like IF Assignment group has Closed Changes greater than 200. IF P1 Incidents Caused by Change is greater than 10. Max Value is 700.
