I am looking for the script that sets the change success score value to 500. In my metric definition, it says that the change success score is scripted. The script consists of a value of "1". When I run the data collection job that is part of the plugin: Change Management - change success score plugin available with the ITSM Professional subscription only.
The value is getting set to 500. I can't find the script that does this. I would like to change the value to 250, so that change success scores range from 0 to 500 instead of 0 to 850.
I would also like to find the script that calculates the next days value for the success score. If these are not available for modification, please let me know so that I can stop looking.
