Hi,
1. Create a report comparing major incident proposed time to begin time of Outage (link between two timestamps)
2. I have a requirement to create a report like in the attached screenshot. 4 hours should be the fixed line, as there fixed RTO of 4 hours for Tier 0. In x axis they want outage number to show up and y axis they want the number of sum of outage duration.
If anyone can help with the report please?
