Hi, looking for some advice,
I am trying to create some SLA widgets/ indicators that show achieved SLAs and breached slas but only for IT. We have ALOT of assignment groups in ServiceNow and other teams outside of IT, and we can report on everything but I do want to see the breakdown (rather than just using breakdown as it doesn't show me enough groups).
We have an assignment group parent which I have added into the indicator conditions but then this doesn't pull through any data.
Any ideas? Thanks
