Dashboard Report: Tickets Created vs Resolved Visualization Issue

Hello Everyone,

I am working on a requirement where I need to display a report on the dashboard showing Tickets Created vs Tickets Resolved.

In the data source, I have added:

  • task.type -> incident

  • task.type -> request

Currently, in the Group By option, I can select only one field. However, I need to show two vertical bars at the same time — one for Created and one for Resolved.

At present, the visualization is not showing as expected.
