Database view showing difference in record count

Hi All, 

I have a database view with below tables 

I have one report on database view and another one on RITM table 

but it shows difference in record count 

for DV it shows 54 and for RITM table it shows 58 

what can be the possible reason ?? 

please help !!

Can you check for how many number for records there in DB view table with same conditions  , might be it those 4 records would have created before you create DB view

No I have checked same no of records are present in DV as well
