Database view showing difference in record count

Hi All, 

I have a database view with below tables

I have one report on database view and another one on RITM table 

but it shows difference in record count 

for DV it shows 54 and for RITM table it shows 58 

 

what can be the possible reason ?? 

 

please help !!

It is possible not all RITMs need approval and one RITM could have one or more approvals, hence numbers need not be same for Data Visualization or Report from Database Views and Table sources. Use the same filter conditions as DB Views in RITM table and count should be same.

 

If you still see differences, check if there are any table rotation or archiving in place by comparing the data from table and database views.

Thanks the information yes I have gone through your process and count is different due the multiple approval for the same RITM record. 

You are right ... 

but also, there are item with just single approval those are also not been shown as well ...
