Demand Insights for Incidents dashboard is not showing data though data is available

Hello Community,

 

have received a request to set up predictive intelligence for knowledge management. Upon reviewing the dashboard that appeared after the plugin installation, I noticed that when I open the dashboard and click on the insights option, it remains in a loading state without displaying any data, even after executing the related scheduled job. Could you

 

please assist in resolving this issue?

Also, similar knowledge articles having same short description are also not appearing in suggestion of the Similar Articles under knowledge results option.

Hi @Ashwini Sawant2 ,

The Role you will need to view are "sn_km_ml.knowledge_curation_user" and " incident_manager".

Thank you for your quick response. Users with the appropriate roles are still unable to see the data and are encountering the pop-up message below.

This is for sure an access issue, check the roles for the user on the specific tables.
