Efforts Calculations on user stores for a month

Dear Community,

I want to calculate the efforts of my team that how much actual time they have worked on stories, however the every story has a point like 1,2,3,5 and 8. 

is there any effective way on the platform how i can check the proposed work hours vs actual work hours?
