Embedded PNG size reduction

Hi everyone,

Im scheduling few reports by selecting type ad Embedded PNG so the contect will display over a mail body rather than as attachment. Although the setup is working as expected but when user opens the mail the PNG is displaying very big in size so, is it possible to reduce the size of report. ?

You can try resizing the PNG before embedding it in the email. Compressing the image to a smaller size without losing quality might help. You can use an online png compressor tool like https://jpegcompressor.com/ to adjust the image dimensions and make it fit better in the email body. This tool supports many formats such as PNG, JPEG and many more.
