My customer is attempting to build a report that shows tickets that have not been updated within the last 2 business days. They filtered the report as follows:
-Assignment group = xxxxxxx and
-Updated relative before 2 days ago and
-Updated trend on or after Monday and
-Updated trend on or before Friday and
-State = New or State = In Progress or State =On Hold
She saw this idea on other community posts; however, tickets from Friday are still appearing on the report when she views it on Sunday or Monday. Does anyone know how she can get this to work? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @Nicholas Frenc1 ,
The reason is for tickets from Friday still appearing on the report when view on Sunday/Monday is due to the conditions set.
-Assignment group = xxxxxxx (Shows the specific assignment groups)
-Updated relative before 2 days ago (Updated before 2 days ago. could also be 30 days ago)
-Updated trend on or after Monday (Pick days from Monday and onwards)
Updated trend on or before Friday (pick days from Friday and backwards)
According to the condition and according to your explanation of the report, it's actually working as it should. Can you try to explain further about the issue?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
Anders

Hello everyone, I am trying to perform the same but 3 days instead of 2. Did anyone actually get to bottom of this?
I have it correct and works throughout the week perfect however on a monday the amount of cases not updated for 3 days is high as it as counted saturday and sunday.
Updated - Relative - before 3 days ago
and
updated - trend - on or after monday
and
updated - trend - on or before friday
its the 9/3 (Sunday) now and it is rightly showing cases not updated on 6/3 (Thursday) but Saturday and Sunday are none working days so these shouldn't show until Tuesday 11/3
If anybody has any ideas to exclude Saturday and Sunday being included in the count they would be a hero
