Hi All, I reached out to ServiceNow Support but seems my question got lost in translation. I was wondering if anyone has been able to set the date format on filter widgets in PA to match that of the system. Our back end is set to Europe, but I can't find anywhere in the system to make this not show in US.

you cannot change that as it comes from platform level.

Try changing the Date Format under System Configuration -> Basic configuration. And select the desired format:

Unfortunately, this has already been done and is set different from the US format, but the widget still shows in the US format.
