Group Assigned To Names By Their Specialized Roles

Hello! I need assistance in categorizing individuals based on their specialized community of practice for a report. Specifically, in my work group, we have Team A and Team B. Team A comprises individuals specializing in Network Security, while Team B includes those specializing in Security Operations. This categorization needs to be separate from the existing Assigned To Groups or Managers in ServiceNow.

I want to create a new group for Team A and Team B in the report. Additionally, I need to be able to update the group members if someone switches their specialization between Network Security and Security Operations. Can anyone help me with creating this new categorization OR guide me on how to set up an Interactive Filter on the dashboard to select between Team A and Team B? Thanks!

Are they all part of the same assignment group, do they have different roles that you might be able to seporate them by?

One idea I have if they are part of the same assignment group, you can add a tag to each person based on their specialized team and create a pie chart report on the tag, then use the pie chart as your interactive filter
